The Anopheles mosquito is also known as Anopheles stephensi. Anopheles mosquitos go through a very simple reproduction. Since females only live up to a month they have to do everything fast. They lay 50-200 eggs per opposition. All eggs are laid directly in water. These eggs hatch within 2-3 days but if the climate is cold it takes 2-3 weeks. They repeat this process over and over again.
This shows a magnified picture of the eggs of an Anopheles Mosquito.
