The tarantula is also known as Theraphosidae. Once a tarantula becomes mature it becomes gets motivated to mate. It starts off by making a web on a flat surface. It will then rub it abdomen and this will cause them to release a quantity of semen. Once a male sees a mate they exchange signs so they know they are the same species. The male inserts his Pedipulps into an opening on the lower surface of the female’s abdomen. When this is all over the male leaves the scene. The females deposit 50-2,000 eggs and guard them for 6-8 weeks.
